Vietnam Sees Spurt in Foreign Tourist Arrivals – Viet Nam News

The General Statistics Office announced that the country welcomed 49,200 foreign visitors in January and February, up over 71% in comparison to the same period last year

The number of international tourists visiting Vietnam is up by over 71%, as the country welcomes back foreign visitors thanks to the resumption of international flights, Viet Nam News reported.

The General Statistics Office announced that the country welcomed 49,200 foreign visitors in January and February, up 71.7% in comparison with the same period last year. Foreign arrivals by air accounted for 87.8% of the total number of visitors.
