Russia wants to build “next generation armoured vehicles and submarines in joint collaboration with India”, according to a report by The Print, which added that Russia claims to be the only country that can do a complete transfer of technology in hi-tech defence equipment.

Meanwhile, Russia had “stood by its contractual obligations” and delivered the S-400 air defence system on schedule despite international sanctions prompted by the war in Ukraine, the report added.
