Emerging Asian Nations to Top China Growth – Nikkei

Developing Asian nations like Indonesia and the Philippines are forecast to grow 4.3% in 2022, compared to 3.3% in China, with expectations slashed after recent Covid lockdowns

Developing Asian economies will grow faster than China this year for the first time in more than three decades, Nikkei Asia reported.

Developing Asia is forecast to grow 4.3% in 2022, said the report, with Indonesia and the Philippines leading the way, compared to 3.3% in China with expectations slashed after recent Covid lockdowns.
