Six weeks since Bali airport opened to international flights, not a single plane from outside Indonesia has landed, the Straits Times reported.
Indonesia has put in place tough visa requirements for foreigners that include the need for a guarantor and rules forcing international arrivals to quarantine for three days even if they are fully vaccinated, the report said. Meanwhile, the country’s full vaccination rate is still under 40%.
