Byju’s Snaps Up Singapore’s Northwest for $100m – Mint

India-based Byju’s, operated by Think and Learn, has snapped up Singapore-based online higher education platform Northwest Education for $100 million, Mint reported, citing people aware of the deal.

Byju’s deal with Northwest, which offers online “upskilling” programmes through various universities, will be funded through cash reserves and Byju’s stock, the report said.
