China Regulator ‘Ready to Talk’ on US Audits – Xinhua

CSRC said it welcomes the attitude of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board

The China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) said Friday that it stands ready to further communicate with its counterparts in the United States on audit oversight cooperation, Xinhua reported.

The CSRC said it welcomes the attitude of the US Securities and Exchange Commission and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board to engage with it “proactively”.
