Chinese AI Translator Timekettle Secures Funding – 36Kr

Timekettle, a Chinese startup developing artificial intelligence-based smart translation machines, has raised at least $3 million from the China SME Development Fund in a Series A funding round, 36Kr reported.

Founded in 2016, Timekettle mainly develops translation machines that combine smart devices and AI technology. WT2 Edge, an earphone-type translation machine, is the company’s latest product.
