Malaysia’s Coastal Contracts says a consortium led by its joint-venture company Coastoil Dynamic has secured a gas conditioning plant construction project in Mexico worth $1.07 billion, the New Straits Times reported.

Coastal said a service agreement was signed with Pemex Exploración y Producción to build a plant with a capacity of 300 million standard cubic feet per day in Tierra Blanca, Veracruz state.
