Tesla chief executive Elon Musk’s SpaceX’s satellite-broadband unit has registered an office in Ukraine, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing a regulatory filing.

SpaceX has deployed Starlink, its mini-satellite system, to provide internet service in Ukraine but officials were trying to clarify how it could be integrated into the invaded country’s existing infrastructure.
