Former Nissan chief Carlos Ghosn faces an international arrest warrant issued by French prosecutors probing the alleged funnelling of millions of euros from Renault, The Wall Street Journal reported.
Ghosn was arrested in Japan but fled the country hidden in a musical instrument box. Two people were convicted of aiding his escape, while an executive was found guilty of helping him hide cash.
