Genting Cruise Ship Diverted to Avoid Seizure – IAG

A cruise ship operated by Genting Hong Kong’s luxury Crystal Cruises passenger line was diverted from its original destination of Miami to the Bahamas to avoid being seized, Inside Asian Gaming reported.

The detour followed an order from a US judge that the ship be held as part of a lawsuit launched by Singapore-based Peninsula Petroleum Far East over an alleged failure to pay $4.6 million in fuel bills.
