Pattaya Banks on Indian Tourists – Bangkok Post

Tourism operators in Pattaya hope Indian travellers can provide some relief during the upcoming low season as the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) prepares marketing plans for the South Asian country, the Bangkok Post reported.

Thanet Supornsahasrungsi, acting president of the Chon Buri Tourism Council, said there will be pent-up demand because of the lack of commercial flights during the outbreak, yet operators have to wait and see how many airlines will return to the skies.
