PLA Navy Poised to Acquire Third Aircraft Carrier – WSJ

Satellite imagery of the Jiangnan Shipyard in Shanghai indicated that the Type 003 might be ready within days, the Journal said

China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy is about to take delivery of its third and most advanced aircraft carrier, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Satellite imagery of the Jiangnan Shipyard in Shanghai indicated that the Type 003 might be ready within days. The Journal said it uses electromagnetic catapult technology that can match high-tech US and French carriers.
