PWR Keeps Staff Happy With Low-Tech Perks – AFR

PWR Holdings, which makes high-tech cooling systems for most of the Formula One racing teams and high-end supercars like the Aston Martin Valkyrie, is taking a low-tech approach to keep staff happy, The Australian Financial Review reported.

Gold Coast-based PWR has a canteen with two full-time chefs serving a hot breakfast, morning tea and lunch to staff at the company, which is now valued at A$950 million.
