Reliance Weighs Bid for UK Telecom Firm BT Group: ET

Reliance Industries is exploring a bid for UK telecoms group BT, formerly British Telecom, The Economic Times reported, citing several sources aware of the matter.

Talks of a possible deal come two months after the conglomerate was outbid by a private equity consortium of Apax Partners and Warburg Pincus for T-Mobile’s Dutch unit, the report said.
