Shanghai PE Fund Owner Found Dead – Yicai Global

A forensic examination showed that death was likely due to drowning and there were no serious external injuries


 

A body found in Shanghai’s Huangpu River has been identified as Gao Shan, investment director and owner of a Shanghai-based private equity fund, Yicai Global reported.

Gao, who held a 55% stake in Shanghai Universal Wisdom Fund, went missing last month. A forensic examination showed that death was likely due to drowning and there were no serious external injuries.
