Factories in Shenzhen are operating at close to full capacity despite strict pandemic restrictions as industrial activity picks up in a boost to the Chinese economy though the services sector and domestic consumption take a beating, the South China Morning Post reported.
The factories are operating in a closed loop system in which employees continue to work and stay onsite amid concerns of a return of lockdowns in China’s technology hub, the report said.
