Singapore Biomedical Firms Raise Record $600m: Straits Times

Data compiled by Enterprise Singapore showed amount raised rose more than five times from the $86 million in 2016 to $464 million last year

Singapore-based biomedical companies raised a record $600 million (Singapore $820 million) between January and September, boosting the economy and the city-state’s status as a research and manufacturing hub, the Straits Times reported.

Data compiled by Enterprise Singapore showed that the amount raised increased more than five times from the $86 million in 2016 to $464 million last year.
