Tesla has increased the price of its Full Self-Driving (FSD) software, founder Elon Musk announced on Saturday, according to a report by Engadget.
The upfront cost of the self-driving feature would climb from $12,000 to $15,000 on September 5, Musk was quoted as saying in the report, which noted that the cost of the software has seen a steady rise since it was released in 2019 at an original price of $5,000.
