UK Satellite Firm Sued Over Kazakhstan Deal – Telegraph

The UK taxpayer-backed satellite broadband provider OneWeb is being sued for alleged fraud, breach of contract and misrepresentation by businessman Giorgi Rtskhiladze, a former business partner of Donald Trump, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Rtskhiladze claims he was not paid for arranging rocket-launch rights for OneWeb in Kazakhstan. The company received public funding in 2020 after filing for bankruptcy and winning the support of Dominic Cummings, UK prime minister Boris Johnson’s former adviser.
