Walmart is revamping its China retailing strategy after having grown slower than competitors, The Wall Street Journal reported.

The US company’s giant hypermarkets have struggled to keep pace with Chinese retailers, and management has come under pressure from US and Chinese regulators as tensions between the two economic giants have grown.
