(ATF) – The central government has appointed Wang Jianjun as secretary of the party committee of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, according to the official websites of the Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
This means that Wang Jianjun, 52, will serve as the new chairman of the board after the Shenzhen Stock Exchange holds its next board and annual general meeting.
Wang Jianjun’s work experience has been in the securities regulatory system, and he has been working in the issuance department of the China Securities Regulatory Commission since April 1997.
